I have booked the room for 7 nights with my fiance. Beds were cozy and the space was normally clean. The employees were pretty handy and friendly and constantly took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are big along with the closet. The bathroom have been clean and the shower was good. Not an extremely social hotel but maybe was only during our stay.

This hotel was truly centrally situated and the staff in the reception were there at any hours. The beds ended up comfy and the people in the hotel had been typically respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was off and on, but they fix it. Extremely wonderful hotel and fantastic area. Unquestionably will suggest Hotel Mercure Graz City!

Excellent hotel, almost everything is few steps. Employees are super welcoming and handy and speak fantastic English. You will discover activities each and every night and it´s a very good way to socializing with people. Rooms and amenities are good and towels changed every single day. Only problem was beds are somewhat noisy but that’s incredibly slight. Good value for the money!

Really nice and perfectly clean hotel. The area where is located is great, exactly what we required. Beds were being incredibly comfortable. There wasn’t much of the social ambiance but it really is very good for an entire night relaxation. I appreciated my days here enormously and will most likely reserve once more for my up coming stop by here.
